Post-operative sessions focus on relieving discomfort, improving mobility, and assisting the body’s natural healing process. All sessions are performed with utmost care and respect for your stage of healing. Kaitlyn communicates closely with each client to ensure techniques align with your surgeon’s recovery timeline and comfort level. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy- Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. As a small, appointment-based studio, cancellations or last-minute changes have a significant impact. I kindly ask that you respect both my time and other clients who may be waiting for an opening. Cancellations & Reschedules- • 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the service total. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. Late Arrivals - If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next client. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and considered a late cancellation. Illness & Emergencies If you’re feeling unwell, please reschedule as soon as possible — your health and mine both matter. True emergencies are always handled with understanding and compassion. Repeat Cancellations Clients with two or more short-notice cancellations may be asked to prepay for future appointments.
